Harmony Hart
Head of Partnerships
Harmony communicates with stakeholders, partners, and the public, managing FEM's public relations, fundraising, and grant reporting and compliance. She contributes to strategic decision-making, human resources and hiring. She also provides generalist support in operations and to the Programmes team.
Harmony aspires to help reduce unchosen suffering and alienation with her life. She finds meaning and purpose working on the major global health need that FEM seeks to serve. She has ten years of experience in nonprofit communications and leadership including as a writer, editor, and board president. She also brings a background in management, marketing, and human resources, having founded and run several small businesses. Harmony has a BA in English and philosophy from Portland State University.
