Kenneth Scheffler
Co-founder, Managing Director
Ken, who cofounded FEM, guides the organisation’s strategic direction and drives collaboration across teams and partners as co-director. His dynamic role includes creative development and oversight of operations. Ken is a strategic and analytic thinker who is passionate about improving well-being, human flourishing, and democracy.
Previously, Ken served as a Director at Innovations for Poverty Action, where he provided support on collecting and using evidence for NGOs and governments in the education, peace and conflict, and humanitarian sectors. He has also worked as a program manager for USAID and was based in Kenya as a Senior Project Manager for Dalberg, a social impact strategy consulting firm.
