He has managed multi-country portfolios on sexual and reproductive health, governance, and advocacy for organisations such as Oxfam, Options Consultancy, and Transparency International. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Mohamed, who is Tunisian and British, brings deep expertise in cross-regional coordination and partner capacity-building.
